TORREON AMENITIES OPTION: Guests at Big Buck have the option of transferring the Torreon Country Club family membership privileges.Guests at this home have the option of transferring Golf and family membership privileges for the Torreon Clubhouse full amenities package. Highlights include swimming pool, fitness center, recreation center, golf privileges. Please contact for details. There is a fee from Torreón for a transfer of the membership. Torreon charges $425 for the first person and the $100 for each after that up to 4 people total. Kids 11 and under are free.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
