The spacious master bedroom features a plush queen bed, cozy linens, a ceiling fan, and plenty of storage. It’s the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom also includes a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, and convenient access to the second bathroom.

Bathrooms:

Two modern bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials. One features a relaxing bathtub, while the other includes a walk-in shower. Both are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Living Room:

Enjoy a warm, open-concept living space with an indoor fireplace, smart TV, and board games. It’s ideal for movie nights or a relaxing evening in.

Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper). Serve meals at the indoor dining table or outdoors on the patio dining set.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). The optional damage waiver is $47 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $4 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
