To comply with local rules, your stay includes a simple digital step: a short rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold (a pending transaction, not a traditional deposit). If you prefer, you can opt instead for a non-refundable damage waiver from a third-party provider ($57 for up to 10 nights, plus $6 per extra night).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
